Tiki Swag Shop/Store Merchandise Policy and FAQ

Membership Refunds

Our membership and courses are so good that we offer a 1-month, 30-day Risk Free 100% Money Back Guarantee. You have up to 30 days from your sign up date to enjoy all the benefits that The Tiki Nation Ukulele Community Memberships has to offer. If you are not happy with your membership to the Tiki Nation Ukulele Community we’ll refund your money. We will be really sad to see you go.

After 30 days you can still cancel your membership at anytime and your Tiki Membership will not renew in the next billing cycle and your access will be revoked. 

NOTE: As long as you are a Member of the Tiki Nation the cost of your membership plan NEVER increases. If you cancel your membership and re-enroll at a future date you will need to enroll at the current price of whichever TIKI Membership Plan you enroll in and you will only get the benefits associated with the plan you choose-

Course Refunds

Our Courses are awesome, and we can’t imagine why you would want a refund. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with your course purchase you have up to 30 days from your Course Purchase date in which you can get a 100% refund. You will no longer have access to the course after the refund. 

About Our Swag & Tiki Brand Products

We make Tiki Swag available to our Members and the Ukulele Community in the form of t-shirts, branded fashion wear and imprinted products. We do this as a service. We do it because it’s fun. We like fun.

We use  third-party vendors to produce and fulfill our printable and branded products.

We play ukulele, we like to wear fun Uke Shirts and do the happy dance. We’d rather be playing ukulele. That’s why we have vendors doing our Tiki Nation Branded imprintable swag and fulfillment.  


We offer a variety of products in the Tiki Swag Shop. Our products are priced based on our third party vendors product pricing. T-shirts and wearable prices vary by size, brand and style. We don’t make a whole lot of money on these items. We offer them as a service and because it’s fun.

Product Availability:

We offer wearables in a variety of styles, colors and variants.  Items, color and sizes may suddenly be out of stock. Covid-19 has caused more demand for online products and stressed Vendor supply chains, which  affect your order fulfillment. Vendors tell us that out of stock items can take an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery due to Covid-19.  [Updated notice March 17, 2021]

Shipping and fulfillment

Our Vendors tell is fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.


Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. (See FAQ)


Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]!

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.  Before you order make sure your are happy with your design and color selections! We have to abide by our third Party vendors stinkin’  rules. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund or send you a voucher or coupon to re-order the product of your choosing from our Swag Shop.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or left with a  neighbor, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but

shipping will be at your own cost.

That sucks! We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this for you, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Merchandise Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Membership or Course Refunds

We have a 30 day no risk 100% money back guarantee. 

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore TheTikiNation and/or its third party vendors reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Taxes are calculated automatically based on your location and added to your invoice as required by the laws and regulations in your area.
