The "Landslide" Picking Pattern

In this lesson you will  learn a compound fingerpicking pattern. This pattern based off the “Go To Pattern” combined with a roll pattern.

This lesson is inspired by the early fingerpicking work done by Lindsay Buckingham, the guitarist from the 1970’s supergroup Fleetwood Mac. His fingerpicking on “Landslide”, a song written with Stevie Nix , became a landmark song in fingerpicking history and helped create a new genre of acoustic fingerpicking in the 1970’s rock movement.
